  2. me too, but I don’t know if you’d wanna eat this one! I rooted it out from under a tree in the park… could well be poisonous!! But it’s purty!!

  3. I would never eat any I picked in the wild, no matter how edible they look — I don’t trust them one bit, even if I DO love them. I read a book on finding edible mushrooms once and MY GOD, every single edible one has an evil poisonous doppelganger.

  4. I love to eat them, but would be horribly frightened of hunting them. I also think they have lovely forms. Love it.

  7. My first reaction was also about the stretch on that mushroom. Love the print very much.
    I admire people (a few of my friends among them) who visit the woods, can identify edible as opposed to toxic ’shrooms, and use them in home cooking.
